Nine employees from across the E.W. Scripps company were chosen to participate in the first-ever Bounce Incubator Program. They were tasked to create magic of the culture with the idea of nurturing and developing BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color). Their commitment to authenticity and diversity in our community took center stage. The finished product, a network promo, is a testament to their hard work and dedication.
