Personal Injury Court uses videos, testimony, accident recreation and eye-witness accounts to determine who is responsible for the injuries presented in each highly-charged case alleging harm from personal injuries. M. Gino Brogdon, Sr. is the presiding judge. The former county judge served a decade on the busiest trial bench in the Southeast, presiding over a variety of civil cases. Since 2002, Brogdon’s adapted the same streamlined approach to mediating and arbitrating nearly 3,000 cases.
